The recruiting board is the most important tool in CFB 27 Dynasty. How you build your board, allocate weekly recruiting points, and manage prospect relationships determines whether your program improves or stagnates. Building Your Initial Board

Your recruiting board should contain 25-35 prospects at the start of each cycle. Organize them into tiers:

Tier 1 (Must-Get): 5-8 prospects who fill critical roster needs. These are the players you cannot afford to miss. Allocate the majority of your weekly points to this group.

Tier 2 (Priority): 10-12 prospects who would be excellent additions but whose positions have depth. Allocate moderate points and be prepared to pivot if a Tier 1 prospect commits elsewhere.
